Hi, I’m Bob Richards, the webmaster.

I  started this website as an adjunct to Alyce Faye’s radio show on AM 1290 in Santa Barbara, CA. in July 2006. But now it's over. No more new interviews.

I want to thank Alyce Faye Cleese, for the financial support, the camaraderie we shared, and the fun we had doing radio together. The result is below.  I recorded the shows, and did research, and provided all editing for both voice and musical inserts.

I then went through a huge learning curve for this website.  It’s a wonderful medium…so cheap to own and a wonderful outlet for creativity…even if you make no money. Notice there are no ads anywhere here.

I met Carol Burnett and her husband, Brian Miller, when we moved to Montecito, California  to spend the winters. When I was a young girl people often said I looked like her so it was fascinating  for me to actually meet her. Because of  Carol doing the show we have become good friends. I had not realized how much she and I had in common. We are both from Texas and have that quirky sense of humour one gets growing up there.
